The Brisbane Model Diecast Collectors Club is made up of dedicated members who are into collecting, trading and restoring of models. Six Swap Meets are held each year, usually on Saturdays with approximately 40 tables and attract 100 – 200 buyers. There is a admission to enter the hall.  Table hire is $25 for non-members and $15 for members. Items range from vintage to recently released diecast model vehicles, figures. aircraft and ships, with the greatest emphasis on vehicles. There is also some tinplate, plastic and other toys and models. The Swap Meets are conducted by volunteer club members with all proceeds going to the running and promotion of the Club and the hobby of collecting and restoring diecast models and toys.

Membership is payable on or before the first swap meet of the year which runs from January to December.

Membership is $25 a year for a single member and $30 for a family membership. Membership benefits include:

• Free classified ads in the Newsletter and on the website
• Subsidised admission and table charges.

The Club is a family-oriented Club with all children admitted free to swap meets.
